Wednesday is one of my favorite days of the week, simply because I like to call it “Waffle Wednesday.”
I’m a sucker for breakfast food, so I always try to ensure to have my waffle fix at least once a week. What can I say, it’s an addiction!
Also what better day then to have it on a day where it can be appropriately nicknamed “Waffle Wednesday?”
Here is my whole-grain granola waffle topped with as much fruit as I can put. I always make sure to use sugar-free syrup and can’t help but love the crunchy and sweet taste of the waffle and granola inside.
