5-Minute Arm Workout

I’ve never been one to believe the whole “you can get a workout in just five minutes” speech. I mean, 5 minutes? It takes my microwavable dinner 5-minutes to heat up, how in the world can I break a sweat and feel as if I did a worthy workout in just 5 minutes?

The truth is: You can!

Thanks to The Haute Mess, they found this 5-minute Arm Workout that is sure to be effective if you keep continuing at it everyday. When I first started it, I had a “Whatever, this is so easy” attitude, but after the first couple of moves, I was surprised over how tired my arms truly were! The best part about this workout is you don’t even need to go to the gym! All you need is a pair of dumbbells and you’re 5-minutes ahead of achieving toned arms!
