Alright everyone! It’s Workout Wednesday!
Lately I have been busy writing more papers than I would like, but I have dedicated at least 30 minutes-1 hour each day to do something active.
I found this awesome, at-home workout video on YouTube and couldn’t help but try it. Be prepared to sweat, because it not only offers some good cardio, but strength exercises that are sure to make you burn those cookies you are denying eating (I won’t tell if you won’t tell that I ate three last night!).
